If you're unhappy with the price offered the EJS Buying pack will be returned at your cost within five working days of receiving your package (subject to terms & conditions)
The prices we pay depend on the London Gold, Silver & Platinum fixes which are set independently & change twice daily.(10.30am-16.30pm) For gold received by post, we pay out on the 10.30am fix on the day. If you visit our store before 10.30AM to sell in-person the price will be based on around 90% of the live gold price & 85% of the Silver price or until the morning fix is confirmed.
Please be advised the price calculators are a guide only. The prices shown are what we would have paid if we had received your items today. The amount you receive might be more or less than the amount shown depending on the fix on the day your items are received, which might be higher or lower than it is today
or come to the Hatton Garden boutique with your gold to get the days fixed price for your goods.
Payment Options
We only purchase four precious metals, Gold, Silver, Platinum & Palladium. E.J.S-London does not buy or sell costume jewellery, rolled gold, steel made/ based, plated, bonded, filled, layered or gilded gold items or pieces that are made with a metal core. We do not accept items that are completely magnetic. We also do not accept goods with percentages or fractions of gold marked inside ie. 1/20th 9k.
We do not purchase items with the markings EPNS, NS, EP, GF, GP. RG, Rolled, Rolled-Gold.

We do not pay for non precious stones & materials that may be attached or within your item(s) of jewellery. The weight will be deducted & the price will be amended as we only purchase precious metals.
E.J.S London Ltd will pay you for the precious metal content and any precious stones deemed to be worth selling on. We will not be held responsible for loss or damaged gemstones contained in jewellery that is sent to us for valuation additionally by sending us your jewellery you accept that the process of determining a value involves placing certain acids on the gold, silver or platinum and this can leave permanent staining and/or scratches. In most cases we use an XRF non-destructive analysis machine to identify & confirm precious metal purities.
Please note: When sending via post: We reserve the right to reject delivery of any package which appears to be damaged, opened, or tampered with. Any such item will be returned to you via Royal Mail without any liability to E.J.S London Ltd.
