Deliveries / Orders
If it hasn't been dispatched for delivery, Yes you can, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone to discuss your change or cancellation.
We send all our items via Royal Mail fully insured delivery to sign for in the UK. For Republic of Ireland & parts of Europe we use a reputable insured courier service.
Subject to the item(s) being in stock, we can have the item dispatched same day if you order before 1pm. Our Standard delivery service is free regardless of how much you spend & usually takes 1-2 working days.
Our free finger measure belt's are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post & are generally posted within one day of you submitting your request. subject to availability.

Refunds / Returns
Unfortunately not, bespoke items, custom/personalised pieces are non-refundable at any point after purchase. Also, due to hygiene reasons, any purchases of earrings are non-refundable unless faulty at point of sale. This does not affect yours statutory rights.
We're certain that you'll love your purchase but, on the rare occasion that it's not right, we'll be more than happy to offer a refund or exchange (T's & C's apply). Just return the unworn item to us in its original packaging, at your cost, with all relevant receipts and paperwork within 7 days of purchase. This does not include personalised items or special orders. For our full terms, please visit the T's & C's section of the site. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Items with the security seal broken are non-refundable or exchangeable. If returned by post they will be refused.

Each ring is individual and it will depend on its style and design as to whether it can be sized or not. We can extend/shorten items also depending on style & design. To check whether a ring you've seen online is sizable, or if we can alter an item to accommodate you call our EJS Team on 07498331131 (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, Saturday and Sunday 11am-4pm) or email us sales@ejslondon.co.uk
What We Do
We work closely with a number of well-respected engravers and are able to send some items that have been purchased from us to be personalised. However, please be aware that some items may be unsuitable for engraving. If you have something in mind that you would like to be engraved, please contact the us via email sales@ejslondon.co.uk.
EJS can offer you a price for any item subject to it being made of a precious metal such as gold, silver, platinum, palladium. We also offer an excellent exchange service. Convert your old jewellery into cash or a lovely new piece for yourself or loved ones.
Express Jewellery Service is now operating mostly online via an insured postal service. As an online retailer we do not incur the large overheads the high street stores do, therefore we can offer items at a much better price. Our prices are extremely competitive and our margins are very low. We compare like for like items regularly to ensure we offer the most competitive prices. If you find an identical item elsewhere for less, please contact us and we may be able to offer a price match.
