Our postal repair service is quick & easy, if you are interested in this service, simply fill out & submit a request form on the repairs section of the site.

STEP 1: Fill Out an EJS repair form on the page below
Please complete the form with name, contact details, and a detailed explanation on the repair (Please include images if you can!)

STEP 2: Receiving our pre-labelled padded envelope.
Once we have accepted your repair request, you will be contacted via your preffered contact method to inform you that your request has been accepted, this message will contain a link to order your pre-labelled padded envelope from the EJS repair team, once received, place all items into the envelope, and take to your local post office. (Please Note: This envelope is only pre-labelled, not pre-paid, you will be charged postage which will be calculated with your pre disclosed worth and weight of the item(s)

STEP 3: EJS Confirmation call
Once we have received your items, your assigned Repair Team member will give you a call at a time that suits you, in this call you will discuss what you would like us to do to your item(s) and will be quoted a price for the repair. Please be advised, this call is essential so we can find out exactly what you want done to your item of jewellery. The repair will not be started until we have received instructions regarding the repair of your item.

STEP 4: Sit back, relax and let EJS handle your repair!
Once payemnt is received. The majority of repairs can now be completed within 7 days of EJS receiving your items, depending on the size/complexity of your repair some enquiries may take longer than this, information on the length of your repair will be shared with you during your EJS confirmation call.

STEP 5: EJS will send you your items back, good as new!
Once we have completed the repair, you will receive an email confirming this with you, this email will also include a tracking reference number so you can see the progress of your delivery. We will match the insurance of your package you paid when sending to us.
